ALL PRICES QUOTED ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDE THE STANDARD RATE OF VAT and delivery is free on orders over £50.00, unless otherwise stated
Unipro is a retail online shopping site for swimming pool and spa retailers.
The contract of sale is between you and the RETAILER you purchased through. You should always contact the RETAILER in the first instance.

The information on this website may not be copied other than for domestic individuals' reference purposes with all copyright or other proprietary notices retained. If you have a query you should contact the retailer you bought the goods through in the first instance. We are unable to deal direct with our retailers' customers.
Making a Purchase
Browse the store, and select the items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked to open an account with us, this will save you time when you next shop with us.
Once your order has been received we will send you confirmation by email.
A contract of sale will exist between you, and the retailer you purchased through, once the goods have been dispatched. This is in the event of a pricing error, or products no longer being available. If this is the case we contact you to confirm that the correct price or alternative goods are acceptable.
We accept Bank Payment & Cheques.
We regret that we are unable to credit card payments.
For orders made from the UK the current rate of VAT is added, and included, in the retail price.

Out of Stock Items
If your item is not in stock, we will process your order when it is in stock again. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Some areas of Scotland, N Ireland, the Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight will require extra carriage. Once your order is placed, we will calculate the extra cost and inform you. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers and delivery is normally done by carrier. If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate packages to give you the fastest service. This will not affect your delivery charges.
At this time we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands or outside the UK, or to PO or BFPO boxes.

If you have a query with your delivery or it has not arrived please contact the swimming pool retailer you purchased the products through.
Pool Equipment and Chemicals will be dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of the order. Swimming Pool covers and rollers and accessories will be dispatched between 5-7 working days from the date of the order. SPAs or Hot Tubs will be dispatched between 1-8 weeks depending on stock levels however, the accessories will be dispatched between 5-7 working days.
If the item is not stocked or is a special order these are dispatched up to 28 working days from order depending on the goods.
Special delivery instructions may be requested when placing your order for example if the item is a gift, or delivery is needed before a certain date. We are unable to instruct our Couriers to leave a package without signature. For all above ground pools and spas we require that you ensure an able bodied person or persons meet and assist with the delivery.
If delivery is attempted 3 times by our carriers, and delivery has failed, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery. If you decide you no longer require the goods after a failed delivery attempt, there will be a minimum £20 administration charge deducted from any refund to cover shipping & handling.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
Please check your delivery before you sign for it.
If the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it as DAMAGED. Otherwise it may cause problems when claiming back from the carrier. Please notify the retailer by telephone or email as soon as possible of damaged items so that they are able to arrange a replacement.
If you sign for a delivery OK, but find at a later date it is damaged, our carriers will not accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items because we cannot claim from the carriers, In this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made. This does not conflict with your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where the goods are found to be faulty or of unsatisfactory quality (not damaged).
By completing your order you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either OK or DAMAGED.
It is very important to slowly and carefully inspect your items. No claims can be entertained for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. All damaged goods should be refused and sent back to us after marking the assignment note or delivery document as refused damaged. We should immediately be notified of missing, damaged or late delivered goods, this must be within 72 hours of receiving damaged goods. We make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered quickly and arrive in perfect condition but we cannot be held responsible for delay or damage caused or liable for any consequential loss or damage caused
UniPRO accept no liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other losses or damages of any kind arising out of access to, or the use of, this website or any information contained on it. UniPRO is not responsible for and has no liability in respect of any other website’s which may be accessed through this site.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel, unless they are defective:
Bespoke items, Liners, Solar Covers, Foam Covers, Winter Covers, Coping Stones, Slides, Paint, D.I.Y Swimming Pool Kits, Gas/Oil Boilers, Thermalec Heaters, Spas and any other bespoke item
Any other special orders.
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You must return the goods to your retailer at your own expense. Please take reasonable care of the goods and make your best effort to return them in their original packaging. Alternatively the retailer can arrange to collect the goods, however this may be more expensive.
Any goods returned within the 7 day period will be refunded, provided proof of purchase is given and subject to their condition. The cost of the original delivery of the goods however will not be refunded to you. Once the goods have been inspected, the retailer will arrange for a refund to be made. If you fail to return the goods, no refund will be given. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value or we may refuse them altogether.
At our discretion we may accept goods returned to use unwanted outside of the 7 days, but no more than 28days from the date of purchase, but these goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, subject to the condition of the returned goods.
If you do not return the goods in person to your retailer we recommend that when returning an item you take out the suitable Parcel Insurance and obtain Proof of Posting. If you cancel when the goods have been dispatched but not delivered you will be liable for the delivery charges.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Prices are subject to change. If a product is unavailable we can send a product of a similar type and quality, we will contact you to confirm that this is ok.
Should any of our products fail to meet your expectations, you can return the goods to the retailer (provided reasonable care has been taken of the goods and they are in their original, undamaged packaging) for refund within 7 days of purchase.
Should these goods prove to be faulty, please return them to the retailer you purchased them from and they will arrange for a repair or replacement.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 5 working days we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
UniPRO does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We may occasionally send you information about our products via the post or email e.g. a new season’s catalogue.
